The 21st Guangzhou (International) Gourmet Festival kicked off at Guangzhou International Gourmet Exposition Center (Mingsheng Square) located in Beijing Rd. yesterday morning (Sept. 30th, 2007).
Attendees attracted by various cuisines on show.
In addition to the 77 booths offering all kinds of gourmet from all over China in Mingsheng Square, the gourmet festival held by Guangzhou government also set up stalls in restaurants and food streets of 12 districts and town-level cities. More than 580 companies from F&B industry participated.
The festival will last until Oct. 7th, 2007. During the period, some seminars and exhibitions will be held.
Guangzhou (International) Gourmet Festival, the specialized food festival with the longest history in China, has been successfully held for 21 years since 1987.
