Some airports in China have eased the restrictions on the "Ban on Liquids". On October 31st the State Post Bureau would also remove the "Ban on Liquids". Some passengers have misunderstood that the Baiyun International Airport would also remove the "ban on liquids". Therefore authorities from the airport said Baiyun International Airport would still strictly uphold the ban.
The security check staff of Baiyun airport said that passengers on domestic flights were still forbidden to take along any liquids, but they could check their baggage which contained liquids and that the packing should abide by the regulations of CAAC. Passengers can take along some self-use cosmetics and the number of each product should be no more than one and the volume should be less than 100ml and put in separate bags. Cosmetics should be examined before boarding.
To avoid unnecessary trouble, passengers were advised to not take liquid goods in the short term, such as toothpaste, honey and preserved beancurd.
